This session focuses on developing speed, agility, balance, coordination, and overall athletic strength in a positive, supportive environment. Through dynamic drills, movement challenges, and team-based activities, participants will learn proper movement techniques to enhance performance and reduce injury risk.

No matter your current fitness level, this clinic is for everyone! Open to girls in 3rd through 8th grade, the program is designed to challenge and support all age groups. Our coaching staff is dedicated to creating a fun, positive, and encouraging environment where every athlete can grow and feel confident.

Athletes will explore new techniques to enhance strength, balance, speed, and coordination through dynamic small-group circuit workouts designed to keep them moving and motivated.
