SHOOTING CLUB
Improving one shot at a time
JR. TROJANS GIRLS SHOOTING CLUB
JUNE 1 - OCTOBER 1
The East Troy Girls Basketball coaches are excited to announce our Summer Shooting Club for all players looking to improve their game during the offseason. Players will be recognized at youth night.
The Shooting Club will begin on June 1 and run through October 1.
10,000 made game-like shots
We want players to work on close in the paint shots. This will increase accuracy and most shots during games are taken in the paint. This area shots can be taken and rebounded quickly with higher % of shots going in.
What Counts?
All MADE game-like shots count toward the total. Shots can be completed:
- During camp, at open gyms, during games, at home or at a park
The goal is to consistently build shooting habits throughout the summer.
Reporting Shots
Players should submit their weekly or daily shooting totals using the Shooting Club Form: Link below
Why Participate?
The purpose of the Shooting Club is not just to reach a number, but to commit to the process of becoming a better shooter and basketball player. The offseason is where improvement happens through consistency, effort, and extra reps.
We are excited to see the work our players put in this summer. Please reach out to the coaching staff with any questions.
